We make our blondies and cookies using the highest-quality ingredients, and bake each gourmet recipe in small batches, in code-compliant kitchens at Hope and Main in Warren, RI.

When we moved to lovely Bristol, RI six years ago, we were driving around, familiarizing ourselves with the area, and found ourselves in neighboring Warren. At that time I was a teacher and an obsessive home baker. We passed Hope and Main, a facility that provides shared-use, commercial kitchens to entrepreneurs. I told my husband that I would be baking one of my favorite treats there someday soon. He looked a little scared, but to his credit, he just replied, "I have no doubt you will."
At Blondie's we believe that to give food is to give love, so we make our bars with quality ingredients and a passion for baking. You can be certain that when you give a gift of our blondies, you are showing someone some serious love.
Since our gourmet blondies are made without preservatives and providing that you don't gobble them up in one sitting, we recommend that you store them in the refrigerator. They will continue to be yummy for about two weeks, and will last for much longer than that in the freezer.

Q:If I am ordering for my student should I include their cell phone number?
A: Yes! When we ship to colleges, it's always helpful to have the student's number so they can text them when the goods arrive!
These blondies are sort of like your rich sibling; they are definitely over the top, but you can't help loving them. We bake these babies to order, so please count on a week before delivery. Let us know at checkout if you need them by a certain date and we will make it happen.
Maybe inspiration hit me while sitting by the fire pit, freezing my marshmallows off, dreaming of summer. Whatever the genesis, this ooey, gooey confection with a graham cracker base, melty chocolate and toasted marshmallows on top is like the Fourth of July. Take a bite, close your eyes, and listen for the fireworks. Word on the street (or in the dorm) is that these go next-level with just 10 seconds in the microwave.
